team includes 5 professor level senior engineers, several professors, and 3 associate
professors, 4 PhD Candidates.
YDFT Board chairman and General manager: Majin, professor level senior engineer, who
earned his bachelor degree from BeiJing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in
1975 and master degree from China Aeronautics graduate school in 1982, had been a
visiting scholar from 1987-1988 in Japan Kobe University. Mr. Ma has leaded several
national, provincial and ministry research programs, and obtained 4 patents.
YDFT General Engineer: Zhaojun, Doctor of Engineering of Harbin institute of
technology, professor of mechanical engineering college of Yanshan university,
doctoral supervisor, the chief editor of Yanshan journal, deputy of the ninth and
tenth NPC, senior member of China Mechanical Engineering Society, member of Stamping
Academic Commission of China forging Society, director of China Plastic Engineering
Society, member of China Special Steel Academic Commission, expert enjoying the
particular subsidy by the State Council. Mr. Zhao, the founder of superplastic
forming theory in china, is engaged in research of Metal precise extrusion forming
technology, forging and stamping mould technology, the technology of stamping forming
of Metal Plate and intelligent control. He had many honors such as state natural
science award, "Scientific and Technological progress ward" by the State Education
Commission, "Scientific and Technological progress ward" by Machine Ministry,
"Scientific and Technological progress ward" by Hebei province, "Excellent Invention
ward" by Hebei province, and so on.
